Montoya and Associates was founded in 1994 by Shawn Montoya. Shawn saw a need for a service-oriented architectural firm with a dedication to producing lasting design. As principal, Shawn quickly established a business philosophy of providing responsive, client-oriented service to every project. Shawn began Montoya and Associates with over 12 years experience designing numerous commercial and residential projects with Edward Hageman, a well known Marin County architect.

Over the years, Montoya and Associates has built a strong reputation for maintaining excellent client communication and understanding the needs of working in today's ever changing marketplace. Montoya and Associates has many successful projects to their credit. From new corporate offices and custom homes to historic preservations and home remodels our projects receive the highest level of service.
